1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Wealora, available at wealora.in and app.wealora.in (the "Service"), operated by Wealora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Wealora is a personal portfolio management and tracking tool. It lets you record, organize and view information about assets and liabilities you tell it about — cash, gold & silver, stocks, mutual funds, crypto, real estate and loans — and calculates summary figures like net worth from what you enter, plus market prices where live pricing is enabled. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

3. Not financial advice

Wealora is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Wealora does not recommend, endorse or execute any trade, purchase, or investment decision. Market prices shown (gold, stock, crypto) are sourced from third-party data providers, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided for informational tracking purposes only. Any financial decision you make is yours alone, and you should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making one.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

5. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@wealora.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for commercial purposes.

6. Plans & billing

Wealora offers a Free plan and a paid Plus plan, priced and compared in full on our Pricing page. The following billing terms apply:

• New accounts receive a 15-day trial with full Plus-equivalent access automatically, at no charge and with no payment details required. After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
• Plus is billed once for the monthly or yearly period you select, processed securely through our payment partner. Plus does not auto-renew or auto-charge — your access simply continues until the period you paid for ends. You may renew manually at any time to extend it.
• If a Plus period ends without renewal, your account returns to the Free plan. No data is deleted; anything beyond Free plan limits remains visible but locked until you free up space or upgrade again.
• Prices may change for new signups and new upgrades at any time; a price change never affects what you're already paying on your current, already-purchased period.

7. Refunds

Payments for Plus are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical failure on our end — contact support@wealora.in and we'll review it in good faith. 8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that isn't yours.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal, individual use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload any file or content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

9. Intellectual property

The Wealora name, logo, design and underlying software are the property of Wealora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws — using the Service doesn't grant you any ownership over them. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the Service; we only use it to provide the Service back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will always be accurate or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from decisions made using information from the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
